Brassica Empire Dunya has serrated, wavy leaves. Dunya is a green variety that changes color in the very last stages of flowering. The center then turns light pink/purple, transitioning into grayish-green outer leaves.

However, like Empire Gruska, Dunya can be sold at an early stage as a very decorative green Brassica with a special leaf structure.
