Green, tasty cauliflower heads.
Cauliflower with attractive, bright green, densely packed heads weighing about 1 kg. The beautiful green color remains even after cooking.
A mid-early-maturing specialty, approximately 100 days from sowing to harvest. Further crops are possible and common for a longer harvest period. Like all cabbage varieties, cauliflower prefers nutrient-rich, well-drained soil that is free of waterlogging.
Sow seeds from early March to late June using pre-sowing; plant outdoors approximately four weeks after sowing at a distance of 60 x 50 cm. Direct sowing is also possible.
With good cultivation, the harvest takes place about 100 days after sowing.
Cauliflower is a heavy eater and must be supplied with sufficient nutrients.
