Proven, seed-resistant cauliflower variety with excellent flavour.
Cauliflower is a demanding crop. The plants require a good supply of nutrients and water. To keep the flower white, the head must be covered after flowering until harvest, usually by folding the leaves over the flower. Subsequent cultivation is possible and common for a longer harvest period.
Harvest takes place from early August to November, depending on the sowing date. Sow from early March using pre-sowing; plant outdoors approximately four weeks after sowing at a spacing of 60 x 50 cm. Direct sowing is also possible.
Cauliflower is a heavy eater and must be supplied with sufficient nutrients.
