Fast growing, purple-red with a delicate flavour.
A sprouting broccoli with purple flower heads, which form in abundance on green stems. Both the florets and the blanched stems are a tasty delicacy. The antioxidants in the plant are considered very healthy.
Brassica plants require very nutrient-rich soil. For better branching, a one-time pruning (cutting off the top growth) is recommended.
Can be sown in batches from April to late July. The plants have a long harvest period.
Plant outdoors approximately four weeks after sowing at a distance of 50 x 50 cm. Direct sowing is also possible.
The harvest takes place from July to the end of November, depending on the sowing date.
