Victoria rhubarb has long, pinkish-green stems and enormous leaves. It has a sweet, slightly tart flavor.
The stems can be used in jam, desserts, pies and even in punch, for example.
This very hardy rhubarb is easy to grow and can withstand cold winters. It's one of the earliest rhubarbs to grow and suitable for beginners.
Seeds germinate over a long period: usually 20–30 days at 20–25°C (70–78°F).
Rhubarb should be planted in full sun.
