Mid-early maturing, bolt-resistant celery stalks, professional variety.
A robust hybrid from professional cultivation. Awarded RHS Garden Merit, 'Victoria' is considered one of the best-tasting varieties. It is very suitable for early and regular sowing, with a harvest time from late June. Victoria F1 is highly resistant to leaf fungal diseases such as Septoria.
Sow indoors from March to May at 18-20°C (64-68°F). Prick out the seedlings and do not transplant them before the last late frost. Plant approximately 30 x 30 cm apart. Harvest from mid-August until frost.
In cultivation, celery goes particularly well with lettuce, cucumbers and cabbage.
