A popular vegetable for dips, salads, or steamed side dishes, 'Tall Utah' grows robustly and healthily. The fresh green, attractive stems have a slightly spicy, subtle, and aromatic flavor.
Sow indoors from March to May at 18-20°C (64-68°F). Prick out the seedlings and do not transplant them before the last late frost. Plant approximately 30 x 30 cm apart. Harvest from mid-August until frost.
In cultivation, celery goes particularly well with lettuce, cucumbers and cabbage.
