Proven and robust leek for the winter harvest.
An improved selection of the Blue-Green Winter variety, robust with strong, dark green leaves, good stem length, and excellent frost resistance. Especially recommended for vegetable gardens and organic cultivation.
Sowing: From mid-April to May in seedbeds, transplanting after four weeks, or sow directly at a spacing of 30 x 15 cm. Sow the seeds approximately 0.5 cm deep.
When sowing and transplanting, the young plants are planted in 15 cm deep furrows. Repeated hilling during cultivation lengthens the white shafts. Harvesting is ready approximately 100–140 days after transplanting, depending on the location.
